These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose. 1. Orders and acceptance Adding items to a cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you check out. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify the payment, if the delivery address is outside the United States, or if the item was listed at an obviously wrong price. If we decline, you are refunded in full, promptly. 3. What you are buying Every product on this site is a physical, unframed art print on 200 gsm / 80 lb matte art paper. Frames, mounts, plants, furniture and other props shown in the product photographs are styling only and are not included. You receive the printed artwork alone, rolled in a protective tube. Prints are made to order. Sizes are stated in inches, with centimetre equivalents in the size guide. Because the sizes do not share a single aspect ratio, artwork is re-composed for each size and edge detail can differ slightly between them. 4. Prices and payment Prices are in USD and are shown before tax. Shipping within the United States is Free. Sales tax of 10% is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. 5. Delivery Production takes 2–4 business days and transit takes 3–7 business days, both in business days. These are honest estimates, not guarantees to a specific date — carriers are not always predictable. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. 6. Returns You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused print. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are always put right at our cost. The full process is in the return & refund policy, which forms part of these terms. 7. Intellectual property The artwork, photographs, text and design on this site are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. Buying a print buys you the physical object and the right to display it in your own home or workplace. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not grant a licence to reproduce, scan, resell as a reproduction, or use the image commercially. 8. Acceptable use Do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data from it in bulk, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone doing so. 9. Accounts If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us at support@solinahomes.com if you think it has been compromised. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. 10. Our liability We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for the remedies set out in our return policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. 11. Events outside our control We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action and utility or network failure. Where such an event causes a significant delay we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. 12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and of the United States, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the state where you live. 13. Changes We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. 14.
