Payment Methods

What we accept Card payments are processed by Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No account is needed — you enter your card at checkout and that is it. Whatever else is available to you (for example a buy-now-pay-later option) is shown at checkout before you confirm anything. We never add a payment method after you have agreed to the order. How your card details are handled The card fields at checkout are hosted by Stripe, not by us. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers, so Solina Homes cannot see, store or retrieve it. Against an order we see only your name, the delivery address, the amount, the card brand, its last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor. All pages on this site are served over HTTPS, so data between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit. Disputes If something goes wrong with an order, please come to us first at support@solinahomes.com — we can usually resolve it the same day, and our return & refund policy already covers anything damaged, faulty or not as described. You also keep whatever chargeback rights your card issuer gives you. When you are charged Your card is charged when you place the order — this is what funds production, since each print is made specifically for you. If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason, we refund it in full rather than holding the money. What appears on your statement The descriptor on your statement will reference Solina Homes or Solina Homes. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us at support@solinahomes.com before disputing it — we can almost always identify it within a day, and a dispute takes far longer to resolve than an email. Currency and taxes All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Product pages show the price before tax. Sales tax Sales tax of 10% is added at checkout and appears on its own line in the order summary, so you always see it before you confirm. On a $39.40 print that is $3.94, making $43.34 to pay. Nothing else is added afterwards. Because we ship only within the United States, no customs duties or import charges apply to any order. Declined payments If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and nothing is charged. You may still see a temporary authorisation hold on your account; banks usually release these within a few business days. Common causes are an address that does not match the one your bank holds, an expired card, or a bank fraud rule triggered by an unfamiliar merchant. Your bank can tell you which — we cannot see the reason. Pricing errors If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, explain, and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply charge you a different amount than the one you agreed to.
