This policy explains what Solina Homes (“we”) does with personal information when you visit or buy from this site. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past. We do not ask for your date of birth, your income, or anything else that has nothing to do with sending you a print. What we never do • We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never pass your name, email or address to an advertiser. • We do use Google's advertising tag, described under Cookies below. Under California law that counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, so we say so plainly rather than claim otherwise — and the same section tells you how to switch it off. • We do not store your full card number — see our payment page. • We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something. Marketing email is opt-in only, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works. Who your data is shared with Only the parties needed to get a print to your door, and only the minimum each of them needs: • Our payment processor — receives your payment and billing details directly. We receive back only a confirmation. • Our printing and fulfilment partner — receives your name, shipping address and what to print, so the order can be produced and dispatched. • The delivery carrier — receives your name, address and contact details so the parcel can be delivered and tracked. • Our web host and email provider — process data on our behalf in order to run the site and send order emails. • Google — receives the browsing and purchase data described under Cookies, for advertising measurement. • Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information. Cookies and the Google tag Necessary cookies. These keep your cart contents between pages, keep you logged in, and carry your session through checkout securely. Turning them off will break the shopping basket. Google advertising and measurement. This site loads Google's tag (gtag.js) on every page. It sets Google cookies and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and — if you complete a purchase — the order reference, the order value and what was in it. We use it to measure which adverts lead to sales and, where you have not opted out with Google, to show you our adverts elsewhere. We do not send Google your name, your email address or your delivery address. How to stop it. Any of these work, and none of them affect your ability to shop here: • Turn off ad personalisation in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com. • Install Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. • Block third-party cookies, or send a Global Privacy Control signal, in your browser settings. Your rights You can ask us to: • tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy; • correct anything that is wrong; • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons; • stop sending you marketing email. Email support@solinahomes.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one. Your California privacy rights We are based in California. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information. We do share it in the limited sense described under Cookies — Google's advertising tag. You can opt out of that yourself using any of the three methods listed there, or email support@solinahomes.com with “Do not share my personal information” in the subject line and we will suppress it for you. We honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. Children This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@solinahomes.com and we will delete it. Security The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your personal information we would tell you and the relevant authorities without delay. Changes to this policy If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email.
